The Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (AGS) has just published a Loss Prevention Alert No 52 on 'Eurocodes – Potential Legal Implications'
In it, the AGS warns:
... from the geotechnical practitioner’s point of view working to Eurocodes, at least at present, does not represent a clean break from British Standards. Furthermore the introduction of Eurocodes has resulted in a proliferation of new documents rather than a like for like replacement of the British Standards
